Incident on the Street is a workbook aimed at the general public. Employing a series of open-ended prompts, Incident on the Street aims to challenge assumptions about unhoused individuals that may distort our understanding of their circumstances, encourage their dehumanization, and support simplistic solutions to this ubiquitous social problem.
Incident on the Street is a collaborative project by Willie Baronet and Michael Corris. It is illustrated throughout with signs by unhoused individuals collected by Baronet over the course of his decades-long commitment supporting sustainable solutions for individuals who, for whatever reason, find themselves unhoused and vulnerable.
